OPERATION DESCRIPTION – Renovation and modernization of real estate assets
PURPOSE – Renovation project involving internal modifications, façade alterations, and change of use of a rural outbuilding to expand agritourism activities.
RESULTS ACHIEVED – Construction of new agritourism accommodations: no. 5 rooms for a total of no. 10 beds.
FUNDED AMOUNT – €109,284.30 (of which €104,080.33 for renovation and modernization of real estate assets and €5,204.01 for general expenses)
